"Your story is still being written"
What we offer
Individual psychotherapy and counselling
Saga Psyche offers evidence-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy and counselling in a warm, collaborative space where you're genuinely seen and heard. As an integrative therapist, Annika draws on a range of modalities, such as psychodynamic, person-centred, existential, metacognitive, somatic, and cognitive behavioural (CBT) approaches, tailoring her approach to your individual needs and story rather than fitting you into one framework.
Annika works with people navigating issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss, burnout, relational difficulties, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. She also offers specialised performance and wellbeing coaching for singers and artists facing performance anxiety or creative blocks.
Saga Psyche is a welcoming space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, LGBTQIA+ people, and neurodivergent people, among others. Annika brings an ongoing commitment to cultural safety, humility, and learning in her practice.
A name with meaning
Saga is an Old Norse word, still alive in the Swedish language today, meaning an epic story or journey of significance. Psyche is the Ancient Greek word for soul and self, the very root of psychotherapy. Brought together, Saga Psyche speaks to something simple and profound: that within every person lives a story of depth, meaning, and the possibility of change.
